This training was launched as the company-wide annual DEI training. It was an asynchronous virtual training covering a wide range of DEI topics.

Within asynchronous virtual trainings, there are strong limitations around ways to deliver a learning experience, however, I took a creative approach in delivering the training through a wide range of content types.

I also focused heavily on customizing the experience by connecting it directly to our organization's values and culture.
