About this project

In this speech delivery training, we work through three main learning objectives with this team of college leaders. First, we focus on controlling pitch, pace, and volume in our delivery. Second, we analyze different speaking "packages" to create desired outcomes in our communication. Last, we focus on a series of miscellaneous tools for our speaking toolbox.

This training served as one part to a year long program. In this program, I served as a facilitator, coach, and mentor to a group of college leaders elected to serve their state's leadership organization.

This training program consisted of multiple retreats throughout the year, continued mentorship between retreats, growth tracking through a LMS used as their "Officer Academy" for a continual process-based experience.
