At age 18, during his senior year of high school, Alex was elected to serve as the Oregon FFA State President where he traveled the country speaking to audiences as large as 20,000 and facilitating leadership workshops and conferences for high school students across the country. 


Since then, he has continued his work in leadership/talent development through jobs as a leadership trainer, conference facilitator, Manager of Talent Development, and speaker in over 30 different states.


He has worked under Dr. Tim Elmore, President of Growing Leaders, partnered with Studio 5 Learning & Development for numerous projects in corporate L&D, and served as the Global Manager of Talent Development for The Vita Coco Company. Alex graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a degree in Organizational Leadership.

Alex works hard to create learning solutions and experiences that produce leaders who will transform the world through compassion, empathy, and understanding. Whether young or old, Alex believes we all play a part in this mission. 


Most importantly, Alex leads with a “people-first” mindset. He believes we were made for relationships with one another and never takes lightly the opportunity to build relationships of depth and meaning with those whose paths he crosses.

Through Alex’s extensive training, depth of experience, and heart for people, he offers nothing short of excellence in his hands-on, experiential, creative, and purposeful training methods. We learn best through experience. Alex has a desire to bring the learning and development process to life for every leader as he creates a culture and environment of growth and inclusivity which will not be forgotten. In a relational, individualized way, Alex is dedicated to engaging and enrolling every kind of learner, every kind of personality, and every kind of skill set in order to create growth that sustains and carries on outside of just his time with them.  Though, e
ventually, the scheduled learning may come to an end, Alex is committed to clients, participants, and partners for long after his engagement with them concludes.
